Discovery Church is currently looking to hire a Kids Director and a Youth Director. We expect each of these roles to take 5 hours per week, and we are able to offer a stipend of $380/month. Discovery Church Kids Director Job Description

You Must Be:

• Fully committed to Jesus

• Able to pass a background check with flying colors

• Organized, efficient, and an ideal team-player

• Excited about helping kids become fully-committed to Jesus

You Will:

• Oversee the Kids Church service each Sunday

• Recruit, train, and oversee kids team members

• Meet with Pastor Stephen once per month

• Work about 5 hours per week

Optional:

• Attend Leadership Team Meetings on the first Thursday of every month at 1pm.

• Attend various conferences, trainings, or team activities that help improve the church, its members, or its ministry.

Discovery Church Youth Director Job Description

You Must Be:

• Fully committed to Jesus

• Able to pass a background check with flying colors

• Organized, efficient, and an ideal team-player

• Excited about helping youth become fully-committed to Jesus

You Will:

• Prepare and lead a youth gathering each Sunday from 10:30-11:10am

• Recruit, train, and oversee youth team members

• Meet with Pastor Stephen once per month

• Work about 5 hours per week

Optional:

• Attend Leadership Team Meetings on the first Thursday of every month at 1pm.

• Attend various conferences, trainings, or team activities that help improve the church, its members, or its ministry.
