Weddings

Host your wedding in Bremerton's oldest church. With a blend of historical charm and modern updates, Discovery Church is an ideal wedding venue for small to medium-sized weddings.

Discovery Church is located in the heart of downtown Bremerton. It is a ten-minute walk away from the Bremerton ferry and the picturesque Harborside Fountain Park. Discovery Church was originally built in 1910 and was recently renovated in 2025.

Venue Pricing

Weddings:

• $1000 for the day for the Sanctuary only (seats 100 guests)

• $1500 for the day for the Sanctuary and the downstairs area (includes tables and chairs that can seat up to 64 guests for a reception)

Pricing includes use of downstairs bridal room and church courtyard, use of our in-house sound system with a dedicated media technician, and a two-hour wedding rehearsal. 

Events:

Host your baby shower, family reunion, or meeting.

• $100 per hour for Sanctuary only (seats 100 guests)

• $100 per hour for downstairs area only (includes tables and chairs that can seat up to 64 guests)

• $150 per hour for whole church

• Three-hour minimum.

Please Note:

• The downstairs area does not have a kitchen. Any food for your wedding or event would need to be prepared off-site.

• The church does not permit any alcohol to be on the church property.

• Parking is available behind the church that can accommodate thirty vehicles. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. 

Booking

Please e-mail info@discoverybremerton.com to inquire about reserving Discovery Church for a wedding or event. Please include your name, contact information, event type and expected attendance, and your requested date and times. We will reply within one week and we will provide a proposed contract for you to sign. No reservations are considered final until the contract has been signed and returned, along with a 50% booking deposit and a $500 security deposit. Remaining booking fees are due on the day of the event.
